We are a private pay therapy service, which means we do not bill insurance companies directly, and you (the client) are responsible for covering the cost of therapy. Clients pay via CASH, CHECK or CREDIT CARD (fees include 2.9% + $0.30 for most cards/PayPal and 3.5% + $0.30 for AMEX)
It is recommended that you call your insurance provider to determine what percentage of therapy will be covered. We will provide you with itemized invoices with diagnostic/treatment codes and documentation of services.

Assessments/Evaluations are completed based on individual needs. Please contact your insurance company to determine if an initial evaluation is necessary to begin treatment.
School Observations include observing your child's current performance within in the school setting.
Team/IEP Meeting services are provided to assist you in understanding paperwork and procedures in the special education process. Additionally, we will provide information regarding your child's progress and offer strategies, techniques, and modifications that may prove beneficial for your child in the school setting.
